You will than reply with *I accept the price that was estimated to me, or Reply Sorry not happy with the pricing of what the inspection is going to cost, We will then request a copy of the Estimate from our cometior and either match it or take off the 90 day warranty and Recall Check Program that we offer. So this is what makes us very remarkable with a Quality Inspection Company. # 2 You will than await for the new estimate, approve or disapprove it. Step 3 Process is you read our terms and contract agreement, then simply electronically sign it that takes littelary 2 miniutes. Your time of the scheudled appointment will be sent to you via text and or email. Done your Detailed Home Inspection will be rendered.
After the services are rendered, you can choose to pay either online or pay direct with a local check in person, Note if you will be Adding this to closing their will be a $25.00 Conviences fee. Please note this during the time of appointment. After payment has cleared you will get a *PAID INVOICE* than your Detailed Home inspection will be sent to you via email. You can have this printed from your smart phone (wireless printer, or desktop computer for free, in the comfort of your home or office.
